Refund & Cancellation Policy

The honest headline: your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by us — so refunds are issued by them, under their rules. We cannot pull money back into your account ourselves. Here is exactly how it works.

Cancelling (stops future charges — always in your control)

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Omoi Pro → Cancel. Or App Store app → profile → Subscriptions.
  • Android: Google Play app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Omoi Pro → Cancel.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Deleting your Omoi account does not cancel it either — cancel with the store first.

Free trial

Cancel any time during the 7-day trial (at least 24 hours before it ends) and you pay nothing.

Refunds for an existing charge

  • App Store (Apple): request directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com (sign in → choose Omoi Pro → Request a refund). Apple decides refunds at its discretion under its media-services terms; we have no ability to grant or deny them.
  • Google Play: within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund from Google via Play order history. After 48 hours, contact us at admin@getomoi.com — where Google’s tooling allows a developer-initiated refund we will consider good-faith requests (e.g. accidental purchase, billing error), and otherwise we’ll point you to Google’s process.
  • When a store issues a refund, Pro access ends at that moment (not the period end).

What we promise regardless of refunds

Cancelling or refunding never deletes your data; everything you made remains in the free tier.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other mandatory consumer law where you live.
