What to include in a bug report

The more of this you send, the faster it gets fixed:

  • The email address on your Omoi account.
  • Your device and OS version (e.g. “iPhone 15, iOS 18.2” or “Pixel 8, Android 15”).
  • The app version (Settings → About).
  • What you did, what you expected, what happened instead.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
  • Roughly when it happened — it helps us find the matching server log.

Please don’t email us passwords. We will never ask for one.

Billing and subscriptions

Omoi Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancellation and refund routes are on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

Privacy and your data

What we collect and what leaves your device is spelled out in the Privacy Policy; how it is protected is on the Security page. To remove everything, see Delete your account. Security vulnerability? Use admin@getomoi.com.
